Terms of Use and Contest Rules

These terms apply to the X Proxy Browser Android app ("the app") and to its optional Rewards programme. By installing the app you agree to the terms for the app; by signing in to Rewards you also agree to the contest rules. If you do not agree, do not use the app or the programme.

Using the app

• The app is provided free of charge and supported by advertising.
• You are responsible for what you browse, download and share with the app. Download only content you have the right to save, and respect the terms of the sites you use.
• The proxy is provided for privacy and for viewing content as it appears in another country. Do not use it for anything unlawful. Servers may change or be withdrawn at any time.
• Games in the library are provided by third parties. We may add or remove games at any time.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the app, its servers, or its ads.

Rewards programme

Rewards lets signed-in users earn points for using the app and compete in weekly and monthly contests for prizes. Points have no cash value and cannot be bought, sold or transferred.

Eligibility

• You need a Google account and must sign in to the app.
• Rewards are available in selected countries only. The app tells you if the programme is not available where you are.
• To receive a prize you must confirm you are of legal age in your country, and provide the delivery or payment details the prize needs.
• One account per person. Accounts created to benefit another account, or run on emulators or automated devices, are not eligible.

Earning points

• Points are awarded for active browsing, watching videos in the built-in player, playing games, downloading files, completing daily missions, keeping a daily streak, and inviting friends who join and use the app. Current rates and daily limits are shown in the app and may change at any time.
• Only real activity counts. Time when the app is idle, a game is left open without play, or activity is generated automatically earns nothing.
• Points can be adjusted or removed if they were earned in breach of these rules or by error.

Contests and prizes

• Each contest runs for the period shown in the app. When it closes, the top-ranked eligible users win the prizes listed for that contest. Ties are resolved in favour of the user who reached the score first.
• Prize lists, values and the number of winners are shown in the app before and during each contest and may differ from contest to contest.
• Winners are notified in the app and must provide delivery or payment details within the time shown. A prize not claimed in time is forfeited.
• Prizes are delivered as described in the app: as vouchers, transfers, or physical items. We may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the listed one is unavailable. Physical prizes are delivered only to addresses in the countries where the programme runs.
• Taxes and charges on prizes are the winner's responsibility. Where the law requires it we may ask for a tax identifier before paying out and may withhold tax.
• We may hold a payout while an account is reviewed for fraud, and may refuse a prize to an account that breached these rules.

Fair play

Bots, scripts, emulators, modified apps, multiple accounts, self-referrals and any other way of earning points that is not ordinary use of the app are prohibited. We use device and activity checks to detect them. An account found in breach may have its points removed, its rewards paused, or be removed from the programme.

Changes and ending the programme

We may change rates, limits, prizes and rules, pause a contest, or end the programme at any time. Points earned in a contest that is cancelled before it closes may be voided. Prizes already awarded are not affected.

No warranty

The app and the programme are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app, the proxy, downloaded content, games, or the programme.
