Delete your account

X Proxy Browser only creates an account when you sign in to Rewards with Google. If you never signed in, the app holds no account for you and there is nothing to delete here. Browsing data, downloads and settings live on your device and are removed when you uninstall the app.

Delete from inside the app

1. Open the app and tap Rewards.
2. Open your Profile.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate. You are signed out, your points and rank are gone, and the account can no longer earn or claim anything.

Delete by email

If you no longer have the app, or you cannot sign in, email us from the Google account you used and we will delete the account for you within 7 days.

We will reply to confirm the deletion. We may ask you to confirm the request from that email address before we act on it, so that nobody else can delete your account.

What is deleted

• Your email address, display name, profile picture and Google account identifier.
• Your points balance, rank, streak, missions and invite code.
• Push notification tokens and notification settings.
• Payout details you entered, such as address, phone number, UPI ID, PAN and date of birth.
• Device and activity records linked to the account, which are removed on their normal schedule of about 45 days.

What is kept

• Records of prizes already paid to you, for as long as tax and accounting law requires. These are kept under the anonymised account.
• Aggregate statistics that contain no per-person detail.
• Anonymised fraud records where an account was removed for breaching the contest rules, so that the same device cannot re-enter.

Diagnostics, analytics and advertising data collected by Firebase and the ad networks are not linked to your Rewards account; see the Privacy Policy for how to reset them.
